This case comes to the writer on reassignment. It was submitted during our docket for October, 1961. The parties will be referred to by their designation in the trial court. The plaintiff was granted a divorce from the defendant on March 19, 1958. The defendant did not contest the divorce action at which a stipulation covering waiver of alimony, payment of attorneys fees and other matters was filed. This stipulation also provided for the plaintiff to pay $30 a week for the support and maintenance of the minor child born of this marriage and the trial court provided for that sum in its decree.
